What You Need to Know Before Shopping at B Passion.no

All garments are designed and sewn by a single designer, with a focus on redesign and surplus textiles. Each piece is one of a kind – usually only one exists in each fabric/color.
🔞 Age Requirement
You must be over 18 years old to shop.
🛒 Ordering and Payment
You'll receive an order confirmation via email. Prices are listed in NOK, excluding shipping and fees. Payments are processed through secure platforms.
📦 Shipping and Delivery
You'll be notified by email or SMS when your package ships. If not picked up, it will be returned – shipping fees are non-refundable.
↩️ Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your own expense. Customized items cannot be returned unless otherwise stated.
🔁 Exchanges
Because each garment is unique, it's often not possible to exchange for a different size in the same fabric/color.

General
Welcome to bpassion.no. These terms apply when you visit the website or make a purchase through our online store. By using the site, you agree to the terms and commit to following them, so we recommend reading them carefully.
B Passion is owned and operated by the sole proprietorship B Passion, organization number 929 153 987.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the site and take effect from the time of publication. You are responsible for staying informed.
About the Concept
All garments at bpassion.no are designed and sewn by one designer. The clothes are made with environmental care through redesign and use of surplus fabrics. Each item is unique, and there is often only one in that specific fabric and color. This also means that the ability to exchange for a different size or color in the same design is usually limited.
Age Requirement
You must be over 18 years old to shop in the online store. In accordance with Norwegian law, B Passion cannot enter into purchase agreements with individuals under 18 years of age.
Ordering and Order Confirmation
An order becomes binding once it is confirmed by B Passion, and you have received an order confirmation by email. We recommend saving the confirmation for future reference.
If the information you provide is incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable, we reserve the right to cancel or reject the order.
Payment and Prices
All prices are listed in NOK and do not include VAT (B Passion is not VAT liable). Shipping and any payment fees are added at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure and well-known payment providers.
Shipping and Delivery
You will receive information about estimated delivery time and pickup point by email or SMS. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control do not qualify for shipping refunds.
If the package is not picked up in time, it will be returned. You will not be refunded for shipping costs – neither outgoing nor return.
B Passion is a small business and unfortunately cannot cover losses for packages lost in transit or offer refunds for items marked as delivered by tracking information.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the item. To use this right, the item must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Return shipping is at your own expense. Please reuse the original packaging when possible.
Customized garments or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless otherwise specified.
Please contact hello@bpassion.no before returning an item to receive a return label.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of each garment, it is generally not possible to exchange for another size or color in the same fabric.
Complaints
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact hello@bpassion.no as soon as possible, and no later than a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Include a detailed description and photo. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Personal Data
By shopping with B Passion, you accept our privacy policy. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You are responsible for providing correct and complete information.
If we suspect misuse, we reserve the right to block the customer account or reject the order.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website – including design, text, images, and product descriptions – belongs to B Passion and is protected by copyright and marketing legislation. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as fire, strike, war, natural disasters, technical issues, or changes in public regulations.

bpassion.no may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
Errors and Corrections
There may be typos or pricing errors on the site. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice.
Disputes and Governing Law
All purchases and agreements are subject to Norwegian law. In case of a dispute, both parties must attempt to resolve it amicably. If unsuccessful, you may use the EU Commission’s dispute resolution platform or contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority.
